How do you source your items?
We receive thousands of pounds of used items daily and search through them for the best quality items for our customers.
How does shipping work?
Once your order is placed you will receive a tracking number. We ship through USPS and ship orders every weekday.
What is your return policy?
We do take returns. Each of our items is a one of a kind piece and we take special care to list any faults to the garments as well as measurements. We do our best to determine size and fit, but it may vary with each brand. Please thoroughly view the images and read the item details that note any pre-existing damages and measurements before making your purchase. All items are SOLD AS IS. It is our promise to you, if we have listed an item incorrectly or there's a problem with your order, we will make it right. Contact us explaining the situation and we will get back to you as soon as possible. To qualify for a refund, all items returned need to be in the same condition in which you received them. New with tags items must be returned with original tags still attached. No returns will be processed until the item is returned to us. After we have received your item, please give us 5-7 business days to process the return. If you received your parcel with damage from the post office, please contact us to rectify the situation.
Why can’t I buy different sizes of an item?
We sell used items that we typically only receive one of which means you are shopping through our one of a kind inventory.
